All our coffee is roasted to order and we always send the freshest coffee possible. We aim to send orders out no later than 48 hours of receiving the order.
UK delivery charges:
£00.01 – £25.00 £3.95
£25.01 – and up FREE
Orders should reach the recipient within 3-4 working days after receiving a payment confirmation email.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES:
Last order date for pre-Christmas delivery, within the UK, will be the 19th December 2022. All orders placed after the 19th of December, will be sent out on the 5th of January 2023.
The Collection and pick-up service will run until the 19th of December and be back as normal from the 6th of January 2023.
All Subscriptions will be paused from the 19th of December and resume as normal on the 5th of January 2023.
EU and Rest of the World delivery:
Unfortunately due to the increasing complexity and Customs and Duty charge of crossing borders at the moment, we now only offer delivery to the United Kingdom until further notice.
However, if you still would like to go ahead with your order, please get in touch and we will happily take your order and quote for shipping if relevant. To find out more about Customs charges and taxation policies, please contact your local customs office or visit their official website.
We do not accept returns on roasted coffee due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, we would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
For the brewing equipment and accessories, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
