Delivery & Returns

All our coffee is roasted to order and we always send the freshest coffee possible. We aim to send orders out no later than 48 hours of receiving the order.

We send all of our UK, EU and the rest of the world orders with Royal Mail. If your order exceed 2Kg will send it with a courier.

UK delivery charges:

£00.01 – £25.00                 £3.50
£25.01 – and up                 FREE
Orders should reach the recipient within 3-4 working days after receiving a payment confirmation email.

EU delivery charges:

For all EU orders we offer standard and tracked shipping. Some countries tracked services vary between signed, tracked & signed and tracked due to internal postal system limitations. An order tracking number will be provided with shipping confirmation.

Overseas parcels will usually arrive within 9 working days after receiving a payment confirmation email.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on roasted coffee due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, we would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.

For the brewing equipment and accessories, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
