All subscriptions for our coffee are dispatched on the next Wednesday following your payment date. Orders up until midnight on Tuesday will be processed on the Wednesday. If your subscription order is placed on a Wednesday, the order will be dispatched on the following Wednesday.
Ongoing subscriptions for our coffee supplies will then be sent at your set frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly or every 2 months).
We use standard delivery within the UK, so you should expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days from the dispatched date.
If you haven’t received your order within the above-stated timeframe, please contact our customer support team who will ensure this is rectified quickly.
Our Coffee subscription plans can be either,
Ongoing (recurring) which is available in a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly format. It renews automatically at the end of the term until cancelled.
Or
Gift (non-recurring) which is a monthly based subscription for coffee supplies. It can be purchased for yourself or a friend for a set period of 3, 6 or 12 months and is a one-off upfront payment.
In order to cancel your ongoing coffee subscription, you need to either access your PayPal account to cancel or if you’ve paid using a Bank Transfer, you will need to cancel the direct debit through your Bank.
Yes, with our UK coffee subscription services, we offer all the main grind setting for your brewing method (espresso, cafetière/French press, AeroPress, pour-over or Moka pot/stove top) and you can select these when you choose your subscription plan – no extra cost involved.
Yes, you can let us know your preferred date by emailing us at info@thecoffeeofficina.com. You will receive an email confirmation once your subscription has been updated.

Yes, it is. Our coffee bags are made with LDPE 4, like thin plastic shopping bags, you can now drop these off at your local supermarket recycling points, or if your local council accepts 4 LDPE, add it to your recycling. The outer box is FSC- approved, made from responsibly sourced cardboard, and completely recyclable.
Yes, if you subscribe to one of our plans, it can be cheaper than buying coffee from our shop. Also remember, the bigger and the longer the plan you buy, the more you save.

Payments are charged to the chosen credit/debit card or PayPal account you used to sign-up to our subscription service. The first payment will be charged upon completion of your transaction and your first order will be dispatched the following Wednesday. Payments will then be taken at your chosen interval (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) based on your initial sign-up date.
As an example, if your initial payment was made on Monday 6th June and you opted for a fortnightly delivery, your next payment would be taken on Monday 20th June.
Absolutely! Our largest subscription is available in quantities up to 2Kg and you can get them delivered weekly, fortnightly, monthly or every 2 months. Our subscription plans are perfect for any size offices and thirsty home brewers.

Yes, you will receive a mix of blend and single origin coffees, however they will be mostly single origin coffees. All the information about the coffees can be found on the label of the coffee bag (i.e., Origin, process, tasting notes, etc..) or you can visit our website for more info.
If you would like to skip or pause the subscription, you will need to cancel your plan and enrol again.
